All orders within Australia will be shipped and tracked via Australia Post or Sendle. Orders are processed between 9am – 5pm AEST, Monday to Friday.

International Orders
Haus Of Higgs currently only ships within Australia. If you have your eye on a product, please email us at with the products you are interested in and location. We can then provide you with a shipping quote. 
Free Shipping
We currently offer free shipping for orders over $150. Please note some exclusions may apply.
Shipping Costs

All Australia Post and Sendle shipping costs are calculated during checkout. These are generated by the shipping provider based on the size and weight of your order, and your location. There is no charge or minimum order required for local pick up. For any large furniture orders, please contact us for a shipping quote. Please note the shipping cost for orders is non-refundable.

Shipping Terms & Conditions

Once an order has been dispatched, it is the purchaser’s responsibility. In the unlikely event that an order is misplaced or lost during delivery, it is the purchaser’s responsibility to liaise with the shipping provider. If an order arrives damaged, please email us photos to so we can begin the process. If you selected Australia Post as your shipping provider, you will need to take the parcel into your local post office to be processed. We understand this is inconvenient, however this is the only way AusPost accepts damage claims. 


Any item available for “pre-order” is estimated to dispatch in the time frame disclosed on the product page. The scheduled delivery for a pre-order item is an estimate and may vary.



We offer Click & Collect free of charge with no minimum order. We are located in Chelsea Heights, 3196. Once a purchase is made, the address will be emailed to you once your order is ready. Click & Collect orders are usually processed within 2 hours if purchased on Mon-Fri between 9am-5pm. Please allow up to 2 business days for your order to be processed.
