If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

 

RETURNS – Change Of Mind

If you have changed your mind about your item or it doesn’t quite work in your space, we will happily offer a store credit so you can choose a more suitable product.
Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable and any additional shipping costs associated with returning the item are your responsibility.  

To be eligible for a change of mind return, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • Your item must be in the original packaging.
  • You must return your item within 14 days of receiving it.
  • You must be able to supply the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please complete our Returns Form to begin your return. Once you have submitted our Return Form you will receive an email with return shipping information and all relevant information. 

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your order. 
If your return is approved, we will initiate a store credit and send it to you via email.

 

RETURNS – Faulty Items

We carefully inspect every item before shipping. However, if your item is faulty, please take photos and email us at hello@hausofhiggs.com.au within 14 days of receiving your order. 

We will then contact you to organise a refund or replacement. 

All refunds will be processed via the original payment method. 

 

RETURNS – Plants

If you are returning your plant due to a change of mind, the same conditions apply as above. If your plant has arrived damaged, please email us photos and we can work together to resolve the issue. 

Our plants are extremely healthy and hardy. Due to being shipped some leaves may seem a little limp or withered. If this is the case, give them a drink and wait a few days for them to perk up. It is normal for some plants to drop a few leaves once they arrive to you as they adjust to their new home. These reasons are not classified as damaged. 

Please note that we recommend plants be shipped on Monday’s via express post to avoid them sitting over the weekend. If you choose to have your plant shipped on another day or select standard shipping, we are not responsible for any damage caused. We are not responsible for damaged caused due to unforeseen delivery delays as these are out of our control. We take photos of each plant order before shipping to ensure they are packed safely and sent in a healthy condition. Please note we do not accept refunds for any plant that has been returned to sender due to quarantine charges. Any and all quarantine fees are the responsibility of the purchaser. The onus of responsibility is on the purchaser to abide by any state or local quarantine regulations. 

All claims must be made within 14 days of receiving your order.
